MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR SALINAS CITY'S FIRST ANNUAL SCHOOL BUS DRIVER SAFETY WORKSHOP ON JANUARY 27, 2018
Salinas City Elementary School District will be holding their First Annual School Bus Driver Safety Workshop on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm at Boronda Meadows Elementary School (915 Larkin Street, Salinas, CA 93907).
Are you interested in finding out what it takes to be a bus driver? Do you have questions about laws and regulations for an ever-changing school bus industry?
Bring all your questions, and have them answered by our speakers! Including special guests from the California Highway Patrol, former employees of the California Department of Education, and from Operation Lifesaver (oli.org). This workshop's focus will be around student safety.
During the Workshop, pastries, coffee and snacks will be provided for pre-registered participants only. We currently have 125 participants signed up, and more will sign up by the morning of the event. If interested, make sure to REGISTER NOW . Cost is $50. This workshop is a total 6.5 hours ands counts towards your T-01 credit.
