Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP)
The Salinas City Elementary School District maintains a Uniform Complaint Procedure (5 CCR 4620) for addressing and investigating all complaints.

Parent Handbook and Notice of Parental Rights
The handbook contains notice of all parents rights with regard to students' education. If you would like a printed copy please come to our office at 840 S. Main St. to pickup a copy.
