    • NOTE: The Enrollment Process is NOT COMPLETE until step 4 is completed in person

       STEP 4: SUBMIT COPIES


    Submit a printed confirmation of online enrollment along with the supporting documents.

    The following documents are required in-person:

    1. Printed Confirmation of Online Enrollment
    2. Student's Age Validation: Original Birth Certificate or Valid Passport (If unable to upload to the Aeries online enrollment portal)
    3. Student's Current Immunization Records: in any format including online
    4. Parent/Guardian Identification: Please provide a valid Driver's License or state-issued ID (for verification purposes)
    5. IEP or 504 Plan, if applicable
    6. Proof of Address (If unable to upload to the Aeries online enrollment portal)
