UNIFORM COMPLAINT PROCEDURE (UCP)
The Salinas City Elementary School District maintains a Uniform Complaint Procedure (5 CCR 4620) for addressing and investigating all complaints.
STEP 1: Complete UCP Form
STEP 2: Return completed form to Susana Mancera, UCP Officer
STEP 3: The UCP Officer will contact you to address your complaint

PARENT HANDBOOK AND NOTICE OF PARENTAL RIGHTS
The handbook contains notice of all parent rights with regard to student’s education. If you would like a printed copy please come to our office at 840 S. Main St. to pickup a copy.
